Carriers & Delivery Times
We select the carrier that makes the most sense for your package, ensuring it arrives safely and efficiently. Delivery times may vary, especially for international orders, which can occasionally experience customs delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, we’re no longer responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. If anything goes wrong, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim—they’ll be able to assist you.

Tracking information will be shared when available so you can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours.
