Because each piece in Jane's Curious Finds is unique, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Every item is sold as is, with thoughtful descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you’re welcoming into your collection. 

Our Curious Finds include brand new (with or without tags), vintage, pre-owned, and previously loved pieces. Condition details will be noted in the item description, along with photos and measurements to help guide your decision.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the item description and agree to purchase the item in its as-described condition.

A Note on Watches

Watches are delicate instruments. Each watch listing will clearly state if the watch is working or nonworking at the time of sale. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

For working watches, we cannot guarantee how long that condition will last once the watch is in your care. Vintage watches often require servicing, but even modern or battery-operated ones may need maintenance, battery replacement, or adjustment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that future upkeep, servicing, and repairs are a normal part of watch ownership and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of their nature, watches can sometimes be finicky — but that’s also part of their charm and character.

If you experience an issue with your watch within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving it, please contact me first. Please avoid attempting repairs yourself or having someone open it before we connect, as that can make the issue harder to resolve. I'll do my best to help troubleshoot or guide you toward a solution.

Beyond this period, it is recommended to visit a trusted watchmaker for regular service or care, especially for vintage or mechanical pieces. A little attention goes a long way in keeping your watch running beautifully for years to come.
